As a property owner, I've had interactions with a number of different property managers over the years and she is by far the best I have ever had dealings with. Nikki is organised, professional and will use her initiative.

A friend of ours recommended Steve and Alba to us when he learnt that we were about to sell our house. In meeting them they outlined their strategy for selling the house which was very very different to any other agent that we have used in the past. As an elderly couple we have bought and sold 11 properties in our life time. Their presentation of the property with both photographs and description was first class. In attracting expressions of interest from potential buyers enabled them to qualify buyers ahead of viewing the house. As such viewings were kept to a minimum and hence did not disrupt our lives too much during this process. The sale proceeded without a hitch as Steve and Alba maintained regular contact throughout.
