Mike has worked closely with my accountant to get us into position to buy our next house. We are hoping to buy in a better school district for our daughter soon and now by doing a cash out refinance on our current home we will be able to make cash offers on our next purchase which will hopefully give us the edge over other buyers. We bought our first home with Mike and it was amazing to have him along for the ride because it was a very bumpy journey. We were getting kicked out of our rental and we went to our bank of many years and was told we cant get a loan. Due to Mike's experience with fifo workers and banks casual policy he was able to get us finance which was amazing because we were starting to lose hope.

Working closely with our accountant, Mike was able to refinance our home loan and three commercial loans at the same time while getting cash out for a settlement. It was extremely complex and we had many issues along the way with the other banks and other settlement agent but he was able to keep us informed and get everything sorted. Thanks Mike

Mike helped us buy an investment property as well as refinancing our home. This assisted us in unlocking the equity value from our home and to not pay LMI on our purchase. By having this bigger deposit it also allowed us to go interest only on the investment lending, which will helps us put more towards our home loan paying otoff quicker. He also made me aware and got me onto the government scheme so I didn't have to pay LMI which saved me over 10k in fees which I can now put into a mini renovation of my house when I move in. Getting the home of my dreams was not an easy road but Mike never faulted in his work to get the job done. He even managed to get me a 0.05% interest rate discount by calling Bankwest and doing his ‘broking thing’. I am so impressed and thankful to Mike for all he has done for me and my family.
